  Probably one of the most unethical property buyers I have experienced. We had researched and read reviews which all seemed postitive so decided to sell our property through this company. We were promised a reasonable price all the way through until 2 days before completion, when we had a call from the manager to say they were dropping the offer price by £22,000 which almost resulted in the loss of our new home. I would never trust them to complete on the original offer price would advise avoiding them. Thankfully we were able to find our house deposit elsewhere but many families would be unable to do this and this company has to potential to ruin lives and financially ruin families with little regard to personal wellbeing. I just hope no one else experiences this but these companies have a reputation for a reason and 365properties have proved that they cannot be trusted.
