  A pleasant town centre railway station. The staff in the booking hall are knowledgeable about the local transport system and are friendly. There concourse serves as a waiting room for one platform which has toilets, on the other platform there is another heated waiting room with live arrival/departure times displayed on a screen.

  Fairly clean for a train station, staff are always friendly and great connections.
  
  Only issue is the lift was not working when I visited, I only had luggage so not bad for me, but would have been a problem for an accessible user.
